"Lyāmbay Dance Group is an Aboriginal contemporary dance group made up of Year 7–12 students from Armidale Secondary College. Through dance, the group celebrates culture, storytelling, connection, and community.

Lyāmbay performs at preschools, schools and community events and delivers dance workshops to younger students. The dancers also create and choreograph their own dances, allowing them to express their culture, stories, and creativity through movement.

Inspired by their experiences at School Spectacular and workshops with Bangarra Dance Theatre, the students are passionate about sharing what they learn and giving back to the next generation.

Lyāmbay is about culture, community, creativity, connection and inspiring the next generation.

The dancers will be performing 'Journey' and 'United'."
